Third-Party Services
VitaLink uses third-party services such as cloud hosting, analytics, and push notifications (e.g., Firebase). These providers may process limited data necessary to operate the App.
VitaLink Reach & Early Access
If you join the VitaLink Reach early access list, we collect the contact and business information you submit, such as your name, work email, phone number, licensed state, approximate client count, and early pricing interest. We use this information to evaluate early access requests, contact you about VitaLink Reach, and manage the release process.
VitaLink Reach may process communication-related information such as client contact details, message templates, message status, consent records, opt-out records, inbound reply flags, and audit logs. Agents are responsible for having permission to contact their clients and for using VitaLink Reach in compliance with applicable texting, email, insurance, and privacy rules.
We may use third-party providers, including email delivery services such as Resend and hosting or database providers such as Netlify and Supabase, to operate the website, early access form, and communication workflows.
Data Security
We use encryption and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
HIPAA & Medical Information
VitaLink is a user-controlled data storage and sharing platform and is not a healthcare provider, insurer, or covered entity under HIPAA. You are responsible for how you store and share your information.
Data Retention
We retain your data only while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
Your Choices
- You may update or delete your information within the app.
- You may disable notifications in your device settings.
- You may request full account deletion by contacting us.
Children’s Privacy
VitaLink is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes to Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the App indicates acceptance of updates.
