You may request permanent deletion of your VitaLink account and associated data at any time.

How to Request Deletion

To request account deletion, email our support team from the email address associated with your VitaLink account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

• Your user profile information
• Stored medications, providers, and insurance details
• Uploaded insurance card images
• Linked agent/client connections

Data Retention

Certain records may be retained where required by law or regulatory compliance obligations (such as insurance documentation requirements). Any retained data will be stored securely and only for the legally required period.

Processing Time

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.
